Policies and Conduct Agreement

 

 

 

HUSTLE CLUB POLICIES – PLAYER

By accepting a position on a Hustle Select, Recreational or Intermediate team on behalf of my son or daughter, I agree my child will:

  • Be thankful for this opportunity to grow as a player, will make the most of the opportunity and will seek to be the best teammate he/she can be
  • Be respectful at all times towards all coaches, teammates, referees, fans, and members of opposing teams
  • Be respectful at all times of school property and encourage teammates to do the same
  •   Maintain a positive attitude at all times
  • Refrain at all times from any profanity, inappropriate talk and/or rude behavior
  • Not argue with or talk negatively with referees
  • Make Hustle their #1 sports commitment throughout the entire season (once commitment to fall sport has concluded)

 

HUSTLE CLUB POLICIES – FAMILY

By accepting a position on a Hustle Select, Recreational, or Intermediate team on behalf of my son or daughter I agree that I, my spouse and anyone related to my son or daughter will:

  • Agree to support my child by getting him/her to and from practices and games in a timely manner and prepared to play immediately upon arrival (e.g., properly dressed, fed, rested & ready to play ball)
  • Agree to support my child’s team by volunteering pro-actively to help fulfill needed parent support roles (e.g., team admin, scorekeeper, clock operator, money taker at gate)
  • Agree to support the club by volunteering pro-actively to help fulfill needed parent support roles for Hustle hosted tournament games
  • Agree to support the club by being respectful at all times of school property and will seek to stop/prevent any inappropriate actions or damages from occurring to school property
  • Refrain from inappropriate conduct from the stands, this includes making negative comments towards my son/daughter, other Hustle players, the referees, all coaches, opposing team players, opposing team parents, other personnel
  • Refrain from confronting any coach for any reason immediately following a game and wait a full 24 hours prior to contacting any coach regarding a perceived issue
  • If problems/issues arise during the course of the season, approach the situation in a calm and "adult-like" fashion and work through any issue in the following order:
  • Assistant coach/head coach
  • Program Director
  • Club Vice-President or President
